El Rinconcito Salvadoreño - Greeley, Colorado Welcome
Our Story Discover
A pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla that is usually filled with a blend of cheese, pork meat ground to a paste consistency, refried beans, or queso.
During the 1980s, the Salvadoran civil war forced many Salvadoran to migrate to other countries, mainly the United States. Because of that, pupusas became available outside of the country, wherever a Salvadoran community was found. This delicious traditional dish is now available in Greeley, Colorado.
